The Carnikava Harbor Festival featured a parade of watercraft, SUP competitions for beginners, a discussion in a floating tent, live music concerts on a floating stage, as well as ‘street fishing’-style angling competitions.
The festival took place on 6 September 2025 from 11:00 at the Carnikava Harbor and along the Vecgauja riverside
