In mid-June, a “River Networks” project meeting was held in Tartu County, bringing together project partners and network members from Estonia and Latvia. As part of the meeting, participants explored the ideas and proposed investment sites for the infrastructure pilot activity in the Emajõgi region, and selected the idea to be implemented within the project. The selection considered the idea’s relevance to the objectives of the “River Networks” project, its feasibility and sustainability, as well as its wider regional impact.
